Senior Nurse Manager Role

We have a unique opportunity for a Senior Nurse Manager Role at Te Toki Maurere, Whakatane's Adult Inpatient Unit. As a leader in Mental Health, you will provide guidance and direction to the nursing workforce, focusing on delivering high-quality patient care.
This role is critical in driving the implementation of Toi Ora systems of care, which enables us to achieve Te Toi Ahorangi and Pae Ora. You will contribute to enhancing Mental Health services through evidence-based nursing practice underpinned by Mātauranga informed models of care.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Significant experience in Mental Health, preferably in an inpatient setting.
- Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to support patients, whānau, and staff while building strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Passionate about leveraging team strengths to foster collaboration, resilience, and excellence in care.
