The Role

As an Agile Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Assessing, analyzing and documenting requirements
  • Defining new business processes
  • Facilitating workshops
  • Creating backlogs
  • Providing support through the Business Analysis practice as required

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • 2+ years' experience as a Business Analyst in an agile environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated experience in building strong, meaningful relationships
  • A creative mindset to solve problems by thinking outside the box
