We are seeking dedicated individuals to work as Care Coordinators in our youth development team.
About the Role
We are looking for highly professional and qualified Support Workers to provide compassionate care and foster a safe, supportive environment in Waikato and Canterbury Regions. Key Responsibilities:
- Interact with and provide daily support to young people.
- Assist young people in making positive changes in their lives.
- Create, manage, and oversee scheduled activities.
- Promote and foster connections to whanau.
- Maintain a positive and productive work atmosphere.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a kind, calm, and empathetic nature. A Level 4 or higher certificate in Mental Health is required, with previous experience working with rangitahi in the mental health sector preferred. You must be able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, willing to undergo background checks and relevant training. Eligibility to work in NZ is also essential. A current full NZ driver's licence is required.
Salary and Benefits
The estimated salary for this position is $NZD 50,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including professional development opportunities and a supportive work environment.
