The Role: Casual General Hand Marshaller

Are you detail-oriented and eager to work in a dynamic team? We are hiring Casual General Hand Marshallers to handle cargo efficiently and accurately. No two days are the same. You'll work alongside our rail team and log cartage operators, requiring strong people skills. You must be prepared to work 12-hour shifts in all weather conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ticketing Logs – Stapling tickets on logs for tracking
  • Tallying – Counting, barcode scanning, manually recording, and marking cargo being loaded/unloaded from vessels or moved in/out of storage

Requirements:

  • Excellent can-do attitude and a desire to learn
  • Highly detail-oriented and accurate
  • Ability to work well within a team setting
  • Reliability and safety-consciousness
  • Hold a Full Class 1 driver's license (preferred)
