We are seeking a dedicated Support Services Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our support services team, you will work closely with individuals with disabilities to develop and implement personalized care plans.
Your role will involve assisting with personal cares, supporting individuals with daily living tasks, and promoting community inclusion. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to the development of new initiatives and programs that promote self-determination and empowerment.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A passion for working with individuals with disabilities
- Previous experience in a similar role or a related field
- An understanding of Enabling Good Lives principles
- The ability to communicate effectively with individuals and teams
You will have the opportunity to earn between $23.50 - $29.10 per hour, depending on your qualification. We also offer extensive on-boarding and ongoing training, including study funded by MASH Trust.
