**About the Role**
We are seeking a skilled Senior HR Advisor to join our People Experience team at Te Tahu o te Ture - the Ministry of Justice. As a key member of our organisation, you will play a vital role in helping our people have a great experience at work.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-level HR services and possess exceptional technical, interpersonal, and influencing skills. You will be responsible for providing proactive HR advice to people leaders across the employee lifecycle, including employment relations case work.
In this role, you will work closely with internal customers to develop their own people management skills and proactively identify areas to add value. You will also take the lead on advising the business on employment relations issues and coach frontline leaders on HR matters.
To be successful in this role, you must have experience working at a Senior Advisor level providing generalist HR advice to leaders, managing a range of Employment Relations issues independently, and supporting organisational change projects. A good understanding of the machinery of government and ability to develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders is essential.
