The Opportunity
We're looking for a talented and experienced Senior Marketing Specialist to help drive Gallagher Animal Management's marketing success across New Zealand.
This role will be at the heart of shaping and executing our regional marketing strategy — leading integrated campaigns, creating compelling content, supporting retail excellence, and bringing our sponsorships and events to life.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, retail, and events
- Create compelling content that connects with our customers and delivers real commercial impact
- Work closely with sales teams, channel partners, and external agencies to ensure all marketing activities align with our business goals and strengthen Gallagher's brand position
The Fit
We're looking for someone who's a strategic thinker and just as comfortable rolling up their sleeves to get stuck into the details. You'll need to have senior-level generalist marketing expertise to drive innovation, enhance our marketing approach, and evolve how we work.
Requirements
- At least 7 years' experience in marketing or a related role
- Relevant tertiary qualification (Communications, Marketing, PR or similar)
- Strong project management skills — able to juggle multiple campaigns while keeping an eye on the big picture
- Proven experience delivering successful integrated campaigns
- Strong analytical mindset — comfortable diving into data to assess performance and inform future strategy
- Top-notch communication and content creation skills
- Collaborative, solutions-focused approach with great stakeholder management skills
