Job Summary
This role involves operating machinery to handle bulk and mixed fertilisers, as well as bagged orders, in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with drivers and customers to ensure timely delivery and excellent service standards.

Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining Daily Operations
    • Ensuring stock levels are met
    • Maintaining daily records and supplies
  • Compliance and Safety
    • Ensuring ongoing compliance with occupational health and safety regulations
  • Customer Service
    • Fulfilling bag orders and serving customers
  • Supporting Stocktake
    • Assisting with weekly stocktake

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong Interpersonal Skills
    • Able to work individually and as part of a team
  • Problem-Solving and Multitasking
    • Able to multitask and solve problems effectively
  • Fertiliser Knowledge
    • Genuine passion for the customer-focused industry
  • Practical Experience
    • Forklift and loader experience

Benefits
We offer a competitive remuneration package based on experience, with opportunities for training and development. Normal working hours are Monday to Friday, with some Saturday work during peak seasons.
