We are seeking a Workplace Wellness Consultant to join our team in Darwin, Australia.

Job Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing workplace rehabilitation services to help individuals regain their independence and achieve their goals in life and work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct workplace wellness assessments to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement effective wellness strategies to enhance clients' functional performance, independence, and work capacity
  • Collaborate with clients, family members, funding bodies, medical practitioners, employers, and stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • An Australian recognized degree qualification and full accreditation in occupational therapy or a related field
  • Experience working in a multidisciplinary team environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A commitment to delivering high-quality customer service
