You will be responsible for fostering a positive sales culture through continuous learning and growth, and for building relationships with your team, customers, and key stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven significant management experience preferably within a retail environment
- Competence in all aspects of Store Operations
- Strong communication skills to effectively lead and engage team members to interact with our customers and influence sales
- Ability and confidence to interpret and execute plans
