We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Program Manager to join our team. As a key member of our programme management team, you will be responsible for initiating, planning, executing, monitoring, and coordinating various aspects of programmes related to the development and implementation of cutting-edge technologies.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Manage internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of programmes within time, scope, and quality expectations.
- Coordinate with technical teams, programme managers, and industry partners to drive programme outcomes.
- Develop and maintain programme documentation, including project plans, status reports, and risk assessments.
- Serve as a liaison between programme teams and senior management to facilitate effective communication and decision-making.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor or Masters degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in programme management, preferably in a research and development or technology-driven organisation.
- PMP certification or equivalent desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and innovatively.
