Structural Design Engineer for Renewable Energy Projects

**Role Summary:**
This position requires a junior structural engineer who can assist senior engineers in complex hydro challenges based on strong academic background in structural engineering. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of analysis and design principles, particularly in relation to concrete and steel structures.
**Responsibilities Include:**
- Supporting senior engineers in project delivery and execution involving hydropower stations, spillways, and concrete dams.
- Preparing field support documentation and coordinating with site teams.
- Maintaining accurate records and reports for design and construction activities.
**Requirements and Qualifications:**
- Structural engineering degree from an accredited institution, with emphasis on analytical and design skills.
- Experience working in a consulting engineering environment, preferably within hydropower and dam-related projects.
- Familiarity with industry-specific software packages such as Staad Pro, SAP2000, and Ansys or Abaqus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including ability to prepare technical reports and present information to clients and colleagues.
