Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems Administrator to join our team. As a Senior Systems Administrator, you will play a critical role in maintaining the day-to-day operations of the Government Property Portal and ensuring users have access to the systems managed by the team.

You will work closely with the MBIE ICT development team, Datacom and other vendors to ensure the efficient operation of the Portal and the systems it integrates with. Your role will involve overseeing ongoing training and induction of new and existing users of the Portal.

About the Role

  • Reports to the Lead Advisor Property Information and Performance
  • Instrumental in maintaining the day-to-day operations of the Government Property Portal
  • Ensures users have access to the systems managed by the team
  • Works with the MBIE ICT development team, Datacom and other vendors
  • Oversees ongoing training and induction of new and existing users

About You

  • Expertise in systems administration experience, including configuration
  • Attention to detail with high level of accuracy and well-developed numeracy skills
  • Excellent analysis, planning and coordination skills
  • SQL skills and CRM skills and experience are highly desirable
  • Excellent relationship management skills and ability to influence others
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills
