Job Description

In this senior role, you will be instrumental in driving clinical excellence and leading a passionate team of Occupational Therapists within an Interdisciplinary team. As a key member of the senior leadership team, you will work closely with other Seniors, the Clinical Coach, Rehabilitation Advanced Clinician, Clinical Leaders, Team Manager, and Professional Clinical Leader to drive patient-centred care and elevate team performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert clinical leadership and mentorship to our inpatient team, guiding them in delivering top-tier rehabilitation services.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes and enhance the overall quality of care.
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience as an Occupational Therapist with strong clinical assessment and treatment skills and diverse occupational therapy knowledge.
  • A passion for rehabilitation and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient-centred care.
  • Experience working in an inpatient hospital environment, preferably within a rehabilitation setting.
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with the ability to inspire and lead.
  • A commitment to teamwork and fostering interdisciplinary collaboration.
