**Role Description:** As an Activities Coordinator at Chiswick Lifecare, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and delivering activity programs that cater to the diverse needs and interests of our residents. Your goal will be to create a warm and welcoming environment, where staff can thrive and make a positive impact on the lives of our residents.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Develop and implement activity programs that meet the individual physical, spiritual, cultural, cognitive, and emotional needs of residents
  • Collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless delivery of resident-centered care
  • Build and maintain relationships with residents, families, and the wider community
Requirements:
  • Proven experience working in an aged care environment, ideally with a focus on activities and programming
  • Minimum NZQA Level 2 Certificate in Health and Wellbeing or equivalent qualification
  • Good communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Full NZ driver's license and confidence in driving a van
