Infrastructure Delivery Specialist Job Description:

CB Civil, a leading provider of civil engineering and construction services in New Zealand, is seeking a highly skilled Infrastructure Delivery Specialist to oversee the strategic delivery and operational management of multiple projects across the Waikato region.

This role requires a strong business development focus, with the ability to build lasting relationships, manage client expectations, and foster teamwork. As the successful candidate, you will lead a high-performing team to deliver excellence on all projects, ensuring a strong culture of collaboration, safety, and high performance.

About the Role:
  • Oversee the strategic delivery and operational management of multiple projects across the Waikato region.
  • Contribute to business growth strategies aligned with CB Civil's organisational objectives.
  • Drive regional new business development while aligning efforts with CB Civil's strategic objectives to enhance market presence and support long-term organisational growth.
  • Accountable for project planning, resourcing, and execution, ensuring timely delivery, within budget, and to client expectations.
Essential Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Regional Manager, Operations Manager, or Senior Project Manager in large civil infrastructure projects.
  • A strong track record of managing multiple projects, teams, and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering.
  • Commercial acumen and the ability to manage budgets, forecasts, and financial outcomes effectively.
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience mentoring and developing high-performing teams.
