Main Responsibilities

  • Provide technical advice on engineering changes, obsolescence management, and publication management.
  • Develop cost-effective solutions that meet operational requirements and are safe within the bounds of the engineering regulatory framework.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to solve technical problems and provide training on technical information.
  • Evaluate equipment and quality systems to ensure compliance with standards.

Essential Skills and Experience

  • A strong background in engineering fundamentals, particularly in the operation and repair of land sensing, electro/optical equipment.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills, including technical writing.
  • Experience in Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) and a thorough understanding of Health and Safety at Work Act 2015 requirements.
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite and SAP programmes.
  • A tertiary qualification in electronics or engineering is advantageous.
