As a Senior Insurance Leadership Role at Aon, you will have the chance to play a key role in shaping the future of our industry. You will lead a team of highly engaged broking professionals, providing support, mentoring, coaching, and development to help them grow and succeed.

You will be responsible for commercial and financial leadership, including profit and loss management and driving business results for your branch. You will also be a driver of our internal culture, encouraging collaboration, diversity, and capability uplift within the team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of broking professionals, providing guidance, support, and resources to help them excel in their roles.

Requirements

  • Proven leadership experience, ideally within an insurance broking or related field.
  • New Zealand Certificate in Financial Services (Level 5) – General Insurance.
  • Experience in leading teams, managing budgets, and driving business results.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client engagement skills.
  • A high degree of commercial competence, strategic thinking, and problem-solving ability.
