About the Job:
Key Highlights- This is a hands-on, field-based sales role where you'll take the lead in driving growth across independent retail channels throughout New Zealand.
- Execute retail strategies to increase market share across your territory.
- Provide best-in-class support to retailers and identify new business opportunities.
About You:
Requirements- A couple of years in FMCG sales, ideally with exposure to premium brands or the pet industry.
- A proven track record in retail account management or distributor collaboration.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills—you're confident, approachable, and naturally build trust.
- CRM savvy, data-driven, and organized with your time.
- A self-starter mindset—able to own your territory and make smart, strategic decisions.
- A full, clean driver's license and a willingness to travel regularly within NZ.
- As the face of the business, you'll be well-presented and passionate about the pet industry
