Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Business Process Optimization Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for gathering and analysing business requirements and processes to support the delivery of product development strategy and organisational goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with stakeholders across the organisation to understand business needs and pain points
  • Define cross-functional business processes, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, user experience, data integrity and resilience
  • Develop and maintain business process models, including process flows and use cases
  • Define and document business rules, policies, and procedures, developing recommendations to optimise business operations and support decision making
  • Support delivery teams by gathering, analysing, defining, and documenting requirements and business processes to enable successful feature design

Requirements

  • At least 5 years proven success in a business analyst or related role
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field
  • The ability to develop and use analysis techniques e.g., process modelling, story maps
  • Project management and business process methodologies and tools, including agile
  • Collaborative working style, with a commitment to and understanding of human-centred design approaches
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to interpret data and insights and identify opportunities for improvement
