**Job Description**

We're looking for a highly skilled finance professional to join our team as a Finance Systems Transformation Manager. This role will play a critical part in driving the transformation and optimization of our financial systems using SAP S/4 HANA and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop a comprehensive strategy for finance systems management, reporting, and automation, aligning with the evolving needs of the organization.
  2. Lead cross-functional teams to design and implement process improvements that enhance financial planning, budgeting, and reporting capabilities, leveraging SAP S/4 HANA and SAC.
  3. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for system integration, data governance, and internal controls, promoting a culture of excellence.
  4. Provide expert support to troubleshoot and resolve complex SAP system issues, ensuring compliance with audit standards and security protocols.
  5. Foster strong relationships with internal and external partners to drive system improvements and share expertise, supporting the growth and development of the finance team.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Advanced experience in SAP S/4 HANA and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) for finance systems management, reporting, and automation.
  • Expertise in developing financial reports, dashboards, and forecasting models using SAC, with a focus on optimizing financial processes.
  • Strong understanding of internal controls, data governance, and audit requirements, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across departments.
