Your Role
You will work with a team responsible for the successful operation of the Court. This includes facilitating the smooth operation of the Court, managing jurors, and providing excellent customer service to defendants, witnesses, family members, lawyers, and police officers. You will also be able to communicate confidently with judges within the courtroom and their chambers, as well as other members of the judiciary.

Key Responsibilities
* Court Taking: Introducing Judges (in English and Te Reo Maori), working closely with them in the courtroom and chambers, managing jurors, and general administration of the Court * Customer Service: Answering customer queries via face-to-face, phone, or email interactions * Case Management: Ensuring files are accurate and up to date, involving a large component of data entry

About You
We're looking for someone who is detail-orientated and observant, with strong customer service skills, quality decision-making, and the ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment. You should be self-aware, able to multi-task, and willing to learn. Your personal resilience and confidence will enable you to handle sensitive cases, sometimes at high volume.

What We Offer
