Job Title: Assembly Line Technician

We are seeking an experienced Assembly Line Technician to join our team at Tru-Way Machinery Manufacturers Ltd. In this role, you will be responsible for operating manual or semi-automatic, fully automated welding equipment, as well as manual or semi-automatic flame-cutting equipment. Your duties will include interpreting welding process specifications, operating brakes, shears and other metal shaping, straightening and bending machines, and maintaining and performing minor repairs on welding, brazing and soldering equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Interpret welding process specifications
  • Operate manual or semi-automatic, fully automated welding equipment
  • Operate manual or semi-automatic flame-cutting equipment
  • Operate brakes, shears and other metal shaping, straightening and bending machines
  • Maintain and perform minor repairs on welding, brazing and soldering equipment

Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with physically demanding tasks required. Flexibility and teamwork skills are essential for success in this position.
