We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Dunedin. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing Level 3 technical support, managing escalations and ensuring the smooth operation of our clients' IT environments.

The Role:
You will provide high-level support and troubleshooting services for business-side issues and serve as the primary point of contact for escalated service desk requests. Your expertise in Microsoft technologies, specifically M365, Windows Servers, Active Directory, Intune and Azure, is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide expert-level technical support for complex IT issues
* Manage and troubleshoot firewalls, routers, switches, and VPNs
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve issues efficiently
* Mentor and guide junior team members to enhance their skills

Requirements:
* Proven experience in L3 support for Microsoft technologies
* Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Valid work visa, permanent residency or NZ citizenship required
