Cgr Services is seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Technician to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in supporting Windows Desktop environments. Key responsibilities include:

  • Diagnosing and troubleshooting desktop system, printer, and operating problems
  • Consulting and instructing users on hardware and software questions/issues
  • Collaborating with other IT Services Data Center and Network Infrastructure teams
  • Installing, maintaining, and upgrading equipment and its associated infrastructure
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Advanced knowledge of computer hardware systems, chipsets, memory modules, and peripherals
  • Knowledge of popular operating systems, software applications, and remote connection systems: MS Windows, MS Office 365, Active Directory, SCCM, DHCP, VPN and others
  • Degree/Diploma in Computer Science or Information Technology
  • Proof of English Proficiency (Good written and verbal communication skills and English B2 level)
