About the Role
As a Structural Engineer at Rgit Australia, you will play a crucial part in our Whangarei office team. This is an excellent opportunity for Graduates and/or Engineers with a structural background to join our dynamic team.

Main Responsibilities
You will support project managers and engineers with various design tasks on projects. Your key objectives will include:

  • Assisting project teams with analysis, design, and reporting tasks
  • Developing and maintaining competencies consistent with the practice of a professional engineer
  • Ensuring all work is undertaken in accordance with legislation, corporate requirements, and systems

Requirements
To succeed in this position, you will need:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Civil and/or Structural Engineering – at least BE (hons) from a NZ university
  • Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills
  • A strong desire to learn and solve problems in a team context
  • The ability to multi-task and self-prioritize workload
