Job Description**

This role is a key part of our NFR Enterprise team, reporting directly to the NFR – Enterprise Lead.

You will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and implementing the Non-Financial Risk Framework, ensuring it meets the requirements of Anz's I.AM Framework.

This includes developing and maintaining collaborative relationships with key internal stakeholders, driving proactive, consistent, and coordinated approaches to management of non-financial Risk.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational knowledge and technical expertise in Non-Financial Risk management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to influence and negotiate change
