About This Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity for experienced Anaesthetists with Intensive Care skillsets to join our healthcare team. The successful candidates will work in a dynamic and supportive environment, contributing to the provision of high-quality patient care.
Job Summary
The successful candidates will work in both Anaesthesia and Intensive Care teams, with the majority of their time spent in the ICU environment. They will participate in an Intensive Care daytime roster and an Intensive Care after-hours 1:7 on call roster.
Responsibilities
- Work towards CICM level 2 ICU accreditation
- Undertake clinical time not allocated to the ICU environment across daytime anaesthesia
What We Look For
- Clinical expertise in providing Intensive Care for patients with acute, severe, and life-threatening conditions
- Fellowship of the Australian and New Zealand College of Anaesthetists (FANZCA), or equivalent
- Eligibility for an Annual Practicing Certificate with a vocational scope of Anaesthesia with the Medical Council of New Zealand
