About the Job
This is an exciting opportunity to join our small team of electoral experts who design, build, and implement processes and systems for Parliamentary elections and referenda.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Project Leaders to assist with project teams and provide efficient support
- Develop and implement new work methods to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Manage and distribute training materials and documentation to ensure seamless delivery of electoral events
- Collaborate with colleagues to evaluate process design and identify areas for improvement
- Provide administrative support to ensure smooth operations
What You'll Need:
- Pragmatic approach with a 'can-do' attitude
- Enthusiasm and teamwork skills
- Ability to work with a range of people from inside and outside the Electoral Commission
- Strong computer skills and good communication abilities
- Experience or interest in procurement of goods and services
- Able to multitask and work under pressure
