We are a non-profit organization dedicated to providing language education opportunities for individuals from diverse backgrounds.
**The Role**
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Farsi/Dari language educator to join our team as a tutor. In this role, you will be responsible for teaching Farsi/Dari to learners of different ages, from children to adults.
**Key Responsibilities**
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing Engaging Lesson Plans: You will develop lesson plans that cater to the needs of students with varying proficiency levels.
- Providing Language Practice: You will provide language practice in speaking, reading, and writing to help students improve their language skills.
- Fostering a Supportive Learning Environment: You will create a welcoming and inclusive learning environment that encourages students to participate and learn.
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Fluency in Farsi/Dari: You must have excellent language skills and be able to communicate effectively in Farsi/Dari.
- Experience in Teaching or Tutoring: While experience is preferred, it is not required. However, you should be comfortable working with students of different ages and proficiency levels.
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: As a tutor, you will work closely with students, so strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- PASSION FOR LANGUAGE EDUCATION AND CULTURAL PRESERVATION: You must have a genuine interest in language education and cultural preservation.
