Job Overview:
We are currently seeking an experienced Front Desk Associate to join our team at Lumino Mt Eden. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing patient appointments, and maintaining accurate records.
Main Responsibilities:
- Greet patients in person and over the phone in a friendly and professional manner.
- Respond to patient inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Process payments and book appointments efficiently.
- Maintain accurate patient records and filing systems.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
