Company Overview

We are seeking a vigilant and proactive Asset Loss Prevention Manager to join our team at The Warehouse. Your main focus will be preventing theft and ensuring the safety of our staff and customers.

This role is a permanent full-time position with the following hours of work:

  1. Sunday to Thursday 4pm to 12:30am
Main Responsibilities

You will be responsible for monitoring security cameras, maintaining a visible presence on the shop-floor, interacting with customers and addressing their concerns, and uploading events onto our crime reporting platform.

  • Monitor security cameras to prevent and detect theft
  • Maintain a visible presence on the shop-floor to deter potential thieves
  • Interact with customers and address their concerns in a professional manner
  • Upload events onto our crime reporting platform to track and analyze incidents
Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need experience in a customer-facing role, such as retail or hospitality. You should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn. You should also be comfortable standing for extended periods and able to stay calm under pressure.
