We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will oversee site-based activities, provide client liaison, and ensure effective coordination of site projects.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and coordinate site-based activities to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Provide guidance and support to site teams, including training and development opportunities.
- Liaise with clients to ensure their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Collaborate with project managers and estimators to ensure accurate estimates and project scope definition.
- Raise technical questions with engineers and other members of the team to ensure best practice is adopted.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
