About the Role

The primary purpose of this position is to manage and coordinate multiple clinical pathways for clients within the regional forensic and rehabilitation services. This involves facilitating, coordinating, managing, and overseeing entry to and discharge from these services.

The successful candidate will support the Group Manager in developing quality improvement initiatives, reporting, and coordinating Regional Forensics & Inpatient Rehabilitation services as required.

To be effective in this role, you will have a good understanding of the current demands on national and regional resources for Forensic and General adult mental health services.

About the Team

We are an operational group of regional and national services with staff based across the Central Region. Our services include both inpatient and community-based care.

About You

We are seeking a motivated, resourceful, and enthusiastic registered health professional to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of committed, innovative, and creative teams implementing a multi-disciplinary approach for consumers with the Regional Forensics and Rehabilitation Inpatient Services.

You will have the skill to assess, plan, implement, review, and evaluate strategies to ensure quality provision of service delivery. Proven experience in facilitating and managing change at a local level is essential.
