The Role

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Lawyer to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will work on various matters including commercial contracts, company law, mergers and acquisitions, and more. You will be responsible for providing sound legal advice to our diverse client base, helping them navigate complex legal challenges and achieve their business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing legal advice on commercial contracts, company law, and other relevant areas
  • Working closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Collaborating with senior lawyers to enhance your skills and knowledge
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5 years' experience in commercial law
  • Strong problem-solving skills and commercial acumen
  • Able to build strong relationships with clients
  • Proactive and positive attitude
  • Desire for long-term career growth
