The Role

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Industry Skills Coordinator to support students in gaining valuable real-world experience and developing the skills needed for future success. Key responsibilities include:
  • Collaborating with the teaching team to prepare students for work placements by creating engaging and effective learning environments.
  • Coordinating the planning, organisation, and administration of work experience opportunities, including liaising with external stakeholders and ensuring high-quality placements for students.
  • Maintaining accurate records of placements, ensuring compliance with safeguarding and health and safety requirements.
  • Training students and staff to maximise the benefits of work experience and to meet the specific demands of various placement opportunities.
