Job Description

This role involves integrating modern avionics components and systems into our launch vehicle. The successful candidate will have experience with precision mechanical and electrical assembly, as well as operation of test equipment.

The ideal candidate will be able to read, understand, and follow manufacturing instructions and drawings.

Main Responsibilities
  • Integrate modern avionics components and systems into the launch vehicle.
  • Read, understand, and follow manufacturing instructions and drawings.
  • Ensure high-quality workmanship standards are met throughout the manufacturing process.
  • Collaborate with the production team to identify and implement process improvements.
Essential Skills
  • Trade qualified in a relevant industry or 4+ years of relevant industry experience.
  • Precision mechanical and electrical assembly experience.
  • Operation of mechanical, electrical, and automated test equipment.
  • A good level of eyesight and ability to inspect PCBs and wiring assemblies to a high workmanship standard.
  • Ability to manufacture components to a high workmanship standard, including soldering and wire harnessing.
