We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Evening Pick Packer to join our established team.

As a key member of our warehouse team, you will be responsible for picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment during the evening shift.

Your role will directly contribute to ensuring that our products are delivered accurately and on time to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Order Picking: Accurately pick products from warehouse shelves or storage areas based on order specifications.
  • Ensure correct item quantities, sizes, and varieties are selected.
  • Quality Control: Double-check order details, ensuring all items are correct and intact before packing.
  • Report any discrepancies or damaged goods.
  • Stock Replenishment: Assist in restocking shelves with inventory as needed to maintain efficient order fulfillment.
  • Safety Compliance: Follow company safety policies and procedures at all times, including the correct use of equipment and personal protective gear (PPE).
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other warehouse staff, supervisors, and management to ensure efficient order processing and timely dispatch.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a pick/packer role is a must.
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality.
  • Comfortable with manual handling and lifting of items.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
  • Ability to follow instructions and safety protocols.
  • Basic math skills for order verification and counting.
  • Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated.
  • Must be available to work evening shifts.
