The Komatsu Heavy Diesel Mechanic Apprenticeship programme is a comprehensive training programme that provides you with the skills and knowledge required to become a skilled heavy diesel mechanic. The programme is designed to develop your technical and mechanical skills, as well as your communication and teamwork skills.

**Training and Development**

You will receive hands-on training with state-of-the-art technology and tools, as well as classroom-based instruction. You will work on some of the most innovative and advanced equipment ranges globally, and will have the opportunity to learn from experienced industry professionals.

**Career Opportunities**

Upon completion of the programme, you will be employed by Komatsu in a permanent position. You will have the opportunity to progress your career within Komatsu, and may also have the opportunity to work on projects globally.

**Requirements**

We are looking for individuals who have a genuine interest in pursuing a career in heavy automotive engineering, and who are willing to commit to structured, classroom-based, and on-the-job field training. You should have an aptitude for technical/mechanical work, and be able to communicate effectively in both written and verbal form.
