This is an exciting opportunity for motivated individuals to join our Contact Centre team as a Customer Experience Representative. In this role, you will have the chance to learn about banking and financial services from the ground up, with the support of our experienced coaches and leaders. You will work independently from home, using our virtual training program to develop your skills and knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities will include responding to customer inquiries, addressing concerns related to lost or stolen cards, reports of fraudulent activity, and general account questions. You will also be responsible for answering customer emails and providing assistance over the phone. Additionally, you will need to be available for full-time training, which will take place from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday, for the first three weeks. On week four, you will begin your rostered shift.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You should be cool, calm, and collected, with a passion for providing advice and support. Additionally, you will need to be resilient and thrive in a fast-paced customer environment. Proficiency in using technology and multitasking between different systems while actively listening is essential.
