This role is ideal for a detail-oriented Accounts Administrator who can take charge of Accounts Payable, Intercompany Accounts, Credit Control, Management Reporting, Tax Returns, and Statutory Accounts preparation.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing Accounts Payable processes and ensuring timely payment of suppliers.
  • Coordinating monthly Inter-Company Account Reconciliations.
  • Managing Accounts Receivable operations including billing runs and rental invoice schedules.
  • Maintaining Rentals application systems and ensuring accuracy.
  • Handling customer account queries and credit control for key accounts.
  • Supporting end-of-month financial reporting and management reports.
  • Contributing to tax returns and Statutory Accounts preparation.
  • Maintaining internal control systems and supporting annual audits.
  • Assisting with M3 software implementation and maintenance.

You will be responsible for:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Commerce or equivalent.
  • Experience in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of ERP systems, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Windows and MS Office applications.
  • Positive attitude, self-motivated, and a team player.
