As a key member of our Porirua-based services team, you'll be working closely with customers to identify their technology needs and provide innovative solutions. Your passion for technology, combined with excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude, will be crucial in delivering an outstanding customer experience.
- Experience in sales, installation, or customer service is highly desirable.
- You should be confident in setting up and installing technology, as well as adapting technical language to suit your customers' needs.
- A driven and confident approach to troubleshooting problems will also be essential.
