The Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Automation Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software testing, with a focus on end-to-end (e2e) and integration testing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain e2e tests using tools such as Playwright, Cypress, and/or Cucumber
  • Conduct integration testing with tools such as Jest and PACT
  • Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions
  • Assist QA testers in upskilling on automation to enhance team capabilities
  • Perform testing on Micro Frontends (MFEs) and Serverless architectures, specifically with AWS Lambda

Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • Proven experience in e2e and integration testing
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, preferably with GitHub Actions
  • Ability to mentor and upskill QA testers on automation
  • Experience in testing on MFEs and Serverless architectures, specifically AWS Lambda
