This role involves working in a fast-paced environment, enhancing patient outcomes at our ED Pharmacy Service, and making a real impact on patient care.
You will have the opportunity to work with a multidisciplinary team to improve health outcomes and promote patient safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing comprehensive ED clinical pharmacy services (assessment, intervention, advocacy, and consultation).
- Medication reconciliation, patient education, service development, and mentoring and supervision of early career pharmacists.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 2 years' clinical pharmacy experience.
- A strong focus on medication safety and patient care.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
