Job Description
- To act as a strategic enabler for our transformation and operating model, ensuring responsible investment in key priorities to maximize value.
- To drive clear accountability for benefits realization, improve portfolio performance, and build stakeholder confidence through disciplined governance, risk management, and leadership.
- To design and manage portfolio practices, including governance structures, prioritization, and investment frameworks, that support consistent and effective planning, prioritization, and funding decisions.
- To lead end-to-end portfolio flow, from demand intake and shaping to prioritization, planning, investment decisions, and backlog management, ensuring dependencies, constraints, and value are considered to maximize portfolio performance and delivery efficiency.
