About the Role
The Senior Project Manager is a key member of the team responsible for the end-to-end delivery of Council's projects in the Coromandel district.
Key responsibilities include project planning and delivery aligned to our project management framework, procurement of resources, financial management, community and key stakeholder engagement.
Requirements
- At least 5 years' experience in project management
- Working knowledge of the Resource Management and Public Works Acts
- Previous experience in community consultation in NZ including iwi consultation
- Previous experience in the Project Management of community-based projects in NZ
- Working knowledge of the Local Government environment in NZ and of the Local Government Act
