Aquatic Development Professional

We're looking for a dedicated Aquatic Development Professional to join our team at Premier Aquatic Services LLC. As a key member of our staff, you'll play a crucial role in helping young children develop essential skills through our Parent and Me program.
About the Job:
- Develop and implement engaging swim lessons that promote early education and child development milestones.
- Supervise and safeguard all participants during group and private lessons, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.
- Maintain open communication with parents, providing regular updates on their child's progress and education journey.
- Offer exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming atmosphere where both parents and children feel supported in their educational experience.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in child development or related education fields.
- 4+ years of working with children aged 0-3 years.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Basic Life Support certification.
- Availability on weekday mornings and/or weekends.
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Experience working with children with disabilities or adaptive learning needs.
- Previous aquatics or instructor experience.
- A degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or Child Psychology.
- StarGuard Elite Lifeguard certification.
Physical Requirements:
Be ready to teach for up to 15 hours a week and interact with children. Occasionally, you may need to lift a child or swim lesson equipment (up to 50 pounds). The pool you will be working at is outdoors and is heated to 85 degrees year-round.
