Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Casual Sales Assistant to join our team at one of our Dunedin stores. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice on pet nutrition and offering solutions to meet the needs of our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Provide specialist nutrition advice to customers
  • Suggest educational toys and other products to enhance the well-being of pets
  • Fulfill eCommerce orders and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Lift heavy items such as bags of dog food

Requirements

  • Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in retail
  • Physical ability to lift stock up to 20kg
  • Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, and public holidays
  • A positive attitude and dedication to being a valuable team member
