This is a permanent opportunity in Wellington, offering a salary range of $75,114 to $88,266 per annum.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Provide expert advice and guidance to the minister and business groups
  • Manage the proactive release work and ministerial briefing workflow processes
  • Collaborate with others to achieve outstanding results

**Requirements:**

  • Knowledge and experience of OIAs, PQs, and Ministerial Correspondence
  • Motivated can-do attitude and a well-developed understanding of the concept of good customer service
  • Excellent standard of computer literacy and the demonstrated ability to pick up systems and processes
  • Experience working in an office environment
  • Ability to quickly establish and build strong working relationships
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Understanding of Government decision-making and operating procedures
