About This Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and skilled nurse to join our team as a Home Care Professional. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing high-quality care to a diverse range of clients in their own homes. As a member of our team, you will be part of a collaborative and respectful workplace culture that values excellence, compassion, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing comprehensive nursing care to clients in their own homes
  • Assessing client needs and developing individualized care plans
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting to supervisors

Requirements

  • Current APC and full clean driver's license
  • Excellent nursing knowledge, assessment skills, and computer literacy
  • Able to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with technology, including electronic medical records
